The year is really winding down now and the tree and landscaping project are being completed. Thank you again for your cooperation and patience while ths work is being done. Please note the following addition to our rules and regulations, which the board is currently finalizing.

CONTRACTORS: It is an offense to interfere with work carried out by board approved contractors. (Scheduled or non-scheduled emergency work.)  Any complaint or comment that a resident has regarding upcoming, ongoing or completed work must be directed to the board/management company. Communication by residents with board approved contractors may be considered to be harassment and will be assessed a fine commensurate with the delay or stoppage caused of a minimum of $100 and up 50% of the amount of the contract. 

This addition was presented at our open meeting in November and was met with unanimous approval.
